In 2025, Seafood Expo Russia will feature a special AQUA FARM GLOBAL exposition dedicated entirely to fish farming: commercial aquaculture and mariculture, cage farms, RAS, equipment, breeding and genetics, fish seed, feeds and veterinary medicines, services and technologies, etc.
A functioning RAS with live fish and exhibitors’ equipment will be the exposition's focal point.
The special exposition will be followed up by three-day business program allowing experts to discuss practical issues faced by aquaculture farms in Russia and best international practices from China, Turkey, India, Vietnam and other countries.

The special exposition AQUA FARM GLOBAL is co-located with Seafood Expo Russia.
Exhibitors are marked with a special icon on the floor plan and in the exhibition catalogue.
This allows participants to focus on finding ways to meet the sector’s key challenges together, while enabling visitors to learn about the products and services offered by representatives of different aquaculture sectors within a single thematic zone. Raw salmon has become firmly ingrained in Japanese cuisine and is widely used in sushi, sashimi, tataki, etc. But this was not always the case.
Surprisingly enough, raw salmon was brought to Japan from Norway.
The new project will introduce efficient solutions for fish and seafood farming in all types of flow-through and recirculating aquaculture systems. It will bring together fish farmers with suppliers of equipment, feed, juvenile stock, and veterinary products, while also offering the sector cutting-edge developments in genetics and selective breeding.
